Your 2-hr initial consultation includes:

  • discussing your main health and nutrition goals

  • identifying obstacles or barriers with food and diet

  • reviewing start paperwork together

  • grocery store tour, dissecting food labels, and/or at-home kitchen/pantry reset

  • deciding how often you would like to meet (2x/week, weekly, or 2x/month) over the 3-month minimum commitment

  • choosing how we will track, record, and monitor your progress

  • an introduction to a plant forward, plant focused lifestyle
