Your 2-hr initial consultation includes:
discussing your main health and nutrition goals
identifying obstacles or barriers with food and diet
reviewing start paperwork together
grocery store tour, dissecting food labels, and/or at-home kitchen/pantry reset
deciding how often you would like to meet (2x/week, weekly, or 2x/month) over the 3-month minimum commitment
choosing how we will track, record, and monitor your progress
an introduction to a plant forward, plant focused lifestyle
